(Carley Hill) At home on June 19th aged 75 years Tom, much loved husband of Doreen (nee Oliver), a loving dad, grandad, great grandad, father in law, brother, brother in law, uncle and friend of many.

Funeral service to be held on Tuesday June 28th at 10.30am at Sunderland Crematorium. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu to Macmillan and Marie Curie. A collection plate will be provided at the crematorium.

By request of the family no dark clothing to be worn, bright colours only.
