Peacefully in hospital on September 19th, aged 90 years, Irene (Rene), nee Doubleday. Devoted wife of the late Alec, much loved mam of Charlie, Linda, Robert, Irene and the late Alec, dear mother in law, loving nana, great nana, sister of Jack and Vera, also sister in law and aunt. Service in Sunderland Crematorium on Tuesday September 27th at 2.00pm. Family flowers only, a collection plate will be provided at the crematorium for a charity of the family’s choice.
